Jazz II Band
November - May
Jazz Band II will begin auditioning and rehearsing after the marching season closes. Rehearsals are generally held one to two times weekly after school. Although no credit is earned for participation, it is an excellent training ground for those who wish to take Jazz Band I in the future. The band will perform at concerts, festivals, and special events throughout the year.

Auditions: Held in May

Performances and competitions: Begin in November and continue through May.

Cost: Students can expect to pay a fee for participation to cover certain expenses.

Attendance: All out-of-school rehearsals and performances are required.

Instruments: Piano, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet. Additional instruments vary depending on selected jazz charts.
