Symphonic Band
August - May
The Symphonic Band allows the student the opportunity to continue their musical development at an advanced level. Performances will be given throughout the year at school and UIL events. In addition, every member will be required to audition for All-Region Band and perform in the Solo & Ensemble Contest. Attendance at all out-of-school rehearsals and performances is required.

Performances and competitions: Begin in November and continue through May.

Cost: Students can expect to pay a fee for participation to cover certain expenses.

Attendance: All out-of-school rehearsals and performances are required.
The Symphonic Band will perform with the members of the other bands at all pep rallies, football games, parades, and marching competitions.
