Wind Ensemble
August - May
The Wind Ensemble is the top-performing organization at Rockwall-Heath High School. Students will have the opportunity to continue their musical development at the most advanced levels. Performances will be given periodically throughout the year at school, community and UIL events. In addition, every member will be required to audition for All-Region Band and perform in the Solo & Ensemble Contest.

Auditions: Held in May

Rehearsals: During class

Performances and competitions: Begin in November and continue through May.

Cost: Students can expect to pay a fee for participation to cover certain expenses.

Attendance: All out-of-school rehearsals and performances are required.
The Wind Ensemble will perform with the members of the other bands at all pep rallies, football games, parades, and marching competitions.
